| From: Sanjay Sunar, convextech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: System Administrator Location: West Lebanon, NH Onsite Duration: 6+, Months Visa: No H1B.CPT Interview: Phone /Skype Job Description: Position Overview: Responsible for providing quality technical and operational support for all technologies of the bank by supporting the vast collection of clients software applications, assisting the Network Administrator with the local and wide area networks, and assisting with a wide variety of other related technical issues. Serves as the primary technical contact for all users and escalation of all unresolved problems and potential risk to senior team members. Responsible for analyzing and identifying trends and devising preventive solutions. In addition, assists in all areas of operations and application support, including the creation and maintenance of various training materials and documentation for staff on all applications and solutions used by the bank. Will also be a part of the Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Incident Response Plan Team. Responsibilities: Maintain documentation of standard configuration for software applications Upgrade installed software for bank servers. Maintain and support the technical aspects of our help desk and call database. Troubleshoot and repair server application operations. Maintain network user accounts and sharing privileges. Document and track asset information for application software. Facilitate purchasing of approved network-related equipment and software. Work with our multiple vendors, as needed. Support Voice over IP communications network technical needs. Assist with anti-virus, anti-spam, anti-malware and network security updates. Administer the SharePoint/ Intranet website. Assist with technical training of end-users on software applications. Document and maintain functions and duties in client's standard format. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Problem-solving skills, ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, and to write corresponding instructions Professional communication skills, both orally and written Tracking and prioritizing issues and projects. Must have a solid understanding of computer technologies, software applications, and an ability to learn and to understand technical processes and issues and solutions with ease. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11, and Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022. Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and/or governmental regulations. Write reports and procedure documentation. Speak, write clearly and concisely to efficiently and effectively manage tasks. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and end-users. Qualifications: BS in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience 3+ years of prior advance network support-related experience 3-5 years' experience in a financial services organization preferred Certifications from CompTIA, Network+, A+, and a CCNA Collaboration Knowledge of Microsoft's Active Directory and Network Domains6.
