Position: Guidewire QA Automation Location: Morristown NJ ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a QA team across onsite and offshore locations. Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using QTP/UFT, Selenium for Guidervire and Portal applications. Execute automated test cases, assess outcomes, and document test results. Analyse system specifications to extract test requirements and develop comprehensive Test Cases/Scripts. Partner with QA engineers to formulate and implement an effective automation strategy. Identify, document, and track bugs and errors, communicating them to the Development teams. Engage with cross-functional teams to promote Quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Act as single point of contact for all testing for the initiative and facilitate testing efforts for releases across multiple applications TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience leading a team. Proficient in QTP/UFT, Selenium Automation with a proven track record as an expert in the UFT Automation tool. Familiarity with a variety of automation frameworks, including Hybrid and Keyword-driven approaches. Proficient in VP Scripting Partner with QA engineers to formulate and implement an effective automation strategy. Identify, document, and track bugs and errors, communicating them to the Development teams. Engage with cross-functional teams to promote Quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Act as single point of contact for all testing for the initiative and facilitate testing efforts for releases across multiple applications. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering. or equivalent practical experience.
