Job Title : Salesforce Solution Architect Experience : 8-12 Years Location : Dallas, Texas Onsite JD We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing architectural solutions, developing custom applications, and configuring Salesforce to support our business needs and strategic objectives. They will provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions across the organization. Responsibilities: Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE). Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async methods. Previous experience working in a SaFE, SCRUM, or Agile environment. Solid understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and API. Proficient in writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers. Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, and SOAP-based web services. Strong understanding of relational databases. Demonstrated success with multiple Salesforce.com integration projects. Familiarity with scripted data loaders, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware, and enterprise integrating technologies. Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and deploying solutions. Knowledge of Salesforce Auto Cloud. Responsible for carrying out architectural design for Salesforce solutions. Develop in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that meet business requirements and facilitate key business decisions. Configure solutions within the core Salesforce platform to optimize functionality and usability. Provide technical leadership, and set best practices for integration, application development, deployment, and iterative refinement. Seek opportunities to leverage Salesforce to improve processes and productivity. Make recommendations to support organizational scaling. Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process for new applications/code and updates, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
