MUST HAVE: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mendix Full Stack Developer to join our team. The role involves end-to-end application development using the Mendix low-code platform, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, designing solutions, and leading the development and deployment of high-quality applications. Mentoring junior developers is also a key responsibility. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Mendix platform. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Mendix development through Studio Pro and deployment processes. Strong experience in OOPS, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Model-Driven Development, and database systems (PostgreSQL, NoSQL). Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XPath, React, Angular). Knowledge of integration techniques and tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum Rapid Developer Certification (Mandatory). Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (Preferred). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
