The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices and a proven track record of leading teams through successful Agile transformations. The Agile Coach will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.Key Responsibilities Agile Transformation Leadership: Lead and support the organization in its Agile transformation journey, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and practices. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to enhance their Agile capabilities. Training and Workshops: Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops to educate teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum. Facilitation: Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Process Improvement: Identify and address areas for improvement in Agile processes, tools, and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across all levels of the organization, promoting transparency and open communication. Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain Agile metrics and reports to track progress and provide insights to leadership on Agile adoption and performance. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with Agile goals and objectives. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within teams to ensure a productive and positive working environment.Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Agile Coach or in a similar role, with extensive hands-on experience in Scrum. Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certification. Skills: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and experience applying them in various contexts. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Tools: Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar.Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Additional Certifications: Additional Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus. Industry Experience: Experience in the technology, finance, healthcare, or similar industries.
