Duration:-contract Responsibility:- Strong domain expertise in the entire value chain for a broker-dealer In-depth experience in some sub-domains in securities (equities primarily, fixed income), trading, clearing, settlement, client reporting, regulatory reporting, and non-functional reporting (Reg 605,606, etc.) Hands-on project management Project plan management, tracking, and planning. Familiarity and hands-on experience with Confluence, Microsoft Project Management, and others Assistance and collaboration with Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure, Business users, etc. 10+ - 15 years experience with broker-dealer firms, managing projects independently Techno domain skills (background in technology projects, IT experience). Ability to get into some level of technical understanding, and requirements. Preference for a tech PM who has grown up the ladder with banks/broker-dealer organizations Capital markets, securities trading, broker-dealer certifications Wealth and Asset Management background will be an added advantage Familiarity with business processes. Ability to prioritize, and define criticality, traceability, dependencies, etc. Very good at time management, risk management, solution mindset (risk, costs, quality, business considerations) Very Good problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills Team leadership Senior Management Reporting Ability to engage independently and confidently with all stakeholders Ability to interface with the systems or implementation teams.
