Customize Apriso functionalities, workflows, and user interfaces according to project needs. Integrate Apriso with other enterprise systems and applications. System Maintenance and Support: Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and performance tuning. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Apriso-related issues. Monitor system performance and optimize for maximum efficiency and reliability. Manufacturing Process Improvement: Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Apriso. Implement changes and enhancements to streamline production operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in manufacturing. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on Apriso functionalities. Develop and update knowledge base articles and best practices. Project Management: Lead or participate in MES-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MES development and implementation. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Apriso MES. Proven experience in developing and managing MES solutions in manufacturing environments. Skills: Strong understanding of MES concepts, practices, and technologies. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Apriso MES. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript, SQL). Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations. Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL. Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems. Experience with other MES solutions and tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Apriso or other MES technologies. Experience in a consulting or managed services environment. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
