You will create visually compelling sales and marketing dashboards, providing real-time visibility into funnel performance and driving strategic initiatives. You will champion database cleanliness through meticulous list segmentation and regular maintenance. You will serve as our HubSpot SME for cross-departmental teams including but not limited to sales, marketing, customer success, etc. Required Experience and Skills: You have 6+ years of hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, with the potential for complexities of a subscription model, coupled with a track record of success in optimizing existing systems. Proven experience in developing and designing templates within the HubSpot Commerce platform. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles. You have demonstrated proficiency in navigating the intricacies of the HubSpot platform across CRM and Marketing, including automation, reporting, and workflow design. You possess a keen analytical mindset with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven strategies. You have familiarity with website tools, marketing analytics, and the startup environment is highly advantageous.
