| Position- Program Manager Location: Remote Duration- Contract Gaming Domain Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for the company. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements. Resolve any issues or conflicts with vendors promptly and effectively. Jira Administration: Utilize Jira for project tracking, issue management, and reporting. Customize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet project and team needs. Train and support team members in Jira best practices and usage. Sprint Planning: Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Collaborate with product owners and development teams to define and prioritize sprint backlogs. Track and manage sprint progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. RACI Creation: Develop and maintain RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrices for projects. Ensure clear definition of roles and responsibilities across project teams. Communicate RACI matrices to all stakeholders and ensure understanding and adherence. Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their professional development goals. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
