Along with Retail Domain Prior Experience is mandatory. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled QA Specialist with expertise in retail and Manhattan solutions to join our team on a contract basis. This role is critical in helping us deliver a Manhattan warehouse and order management solution over the coming months. Our team is currently facing a bottleneck in QA, and we need additional support from an experienced QA professional to ensure the successful delivery of this project. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive testing of Manhattan warehouse and order management solutions. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective testing strategies. Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report findings. Ensure that all QA processes and standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Provide input on QA resource allocation and strategies to optimize the testing process. Requirements: Proven experience as a QA Specialist, particularly in the retail sector. Strong expertise with Manhattan Associates warehouse and order management solutions. Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling large-scale QA projects. Familiarity with other supply chain and logistics software solutions. Certification in QA or related fields.
