| From: Vinay, Kolla soft Inc., [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Data Analyst / Data Modernization Analyst Location: Jackson, MS (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract Client: State of MS Required Skills/Experience: Experience participating in all day-to-day aspects (planning, organizing, budgeting, etc.) of multi-faceted data management and/or modernization projects Assisting with the collection, cataloging and leveraging of large amounts of data across multiple subject matters to enable more accessible utilization and analysis of that data using data lakes, warehouses, catalogs, etc. Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers involved in the collection, management and development of agency data resources in order to advance the agency's data modernization goals Experience working under data and IT security national standards applicable to the management and security of protected health information Working knowledge of data management, visualization and analysis tools used to organize, leverage and share multiple forms of data Experience working with multiple types of vendors of modern data management and analysis software, systems, and applications Position Description and Job Skill Set Provide general support to the agency in its projects funded under the CDC Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG), specifically under Strategy A3: Data Modernization.
