| Target other nationalities (No Indians) for this role Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Preferred Position: Cloud Migration Consultant Job Summary: The Cloud Migration Consultant will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the migration of healthcare applications and data to the cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud computing and healthcare IT, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, data security, and change management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cloud Readiness Assessment: o Help build and conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the client's readiness for cloud migration. o Identify and document current infrastructure, data classifications, application dependencies, and IT assets. o Help develop detailed cloud readiness reports, including recommendations for addressing gaps and improving readiness. 2. Migration Planning and Strategy: o Help develop customized cloud migration strategies tailored to the client's specific needs and goals. o Ensure alignment with regulatory compliance requirements, including HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant standards. 3. Cloud Governance and Security: o Help establish and develop cloud governance policies and procedures to ensure secure and compliant use of cloud resources. o Identify and design data security measures, including access controls, encryption, and incident response plans. o Help Create and/or conduct security awareness training for client employees and stakeholders. 4. Change Management: o Help develop and execute change management plans to support the transition to the cloud. o Provide training programs and resources to equip employees with the necessary skills for cloud adoption. 5. Migration Execution: o Help lead and manage the migration of applications, data, and infrastructure to the cloud. o Implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). 2. Experience in the healthcare industry and understanding of healthcare IT systems and regulatory requirements. 3. Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, cloud services, and cloud migration best practices. 4. Proficiency in risk management, data security, and compliance standards. 5. Experience with tools and technologies used for cloud migration, such as migration tools, automation scripts, and monitoring solutions. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. 9.
