Good understanding of architecture principles of building and integrating cloud apps. Demonstrated thought leadership, communication and engagement with stakeholders. Hand-on experience with Salesforce build tools Flows, App builder, Experience Sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC and Visualforce. Multiple years of implementation and support experience on a large Salesforce Service Cloud org. Preferred: Experience with Oracle HCM and understanding of HR org configuration.
