Need copy of diploma PMP Certification. Need copy of certificate 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, efficiency, and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills including ability to work with all levels of management, staff, teams, clients, vendors, diverse groups, stakeholder groups, and customers Strong oral and written communication skills Experience organizing engaging in customer-facing requirements elicitation sessions and related activities Experience authoring a wide range of technical project management documentation Experience supporting teams in the creating, review and approval of as-is and to-be process flows and system diagrams Experience supporting teams in the creation, review and approval of feasibility studies, solution comparisons, or solution analysis for shared technical solutions (preferably for public health or disease reporting) Expert-level experience supporting teams who are conducting market analysis for competing technical solutions Experience creating Cost Benefit Analysis and Solution Cost Estimates Experience managing systems integration, case management, data analytics and reporting projects. 5 years of project management experience in the government and/or health care fields with exposure to public health and disease reporting Desired Skills: Experience working with Washington state agencies Experience managing projects which included UI/UX design Experience managing projects which included data modeling, including multi-dimensional data models, OLAP, and querying against large database systems Knowledge of statistical analysis software Knowledge of systems and data interoperability Experience with disease surveillance, public health issues and trends, epidemiological theory, principles and practices and surveillance techniques, systems and procedures Trained or certified in a variety of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Critical Path, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma.
