Technical Leadership: Deep understanding of programming languages and full-stack principles, guiding teams for high-quality software delivery across platforms (Web/Mobile) Collaborative Visionary: Promotes innovation, autonomy, and thrives in ambiguity. Communication & Change: Excellent communication (written & verbal) and adept at navigating organizational change.
