Job Summary:

The Web Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. This role involves developing content strategies, producing engaging content, optimizing content for SEO, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy Development:

  .Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with shortterm and longterm marketing goals.

  .Conduct market research to identify target audiences and content needs.

  .Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content campaigns.

2. Content Creation:

  .Write, edit, and publish engaging content for the website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.

  .Ensure all content is onbrand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

  .Develop multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts.

3. SEO Optimization:

  .Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase web traffic.

  .Optimize content for search engines and lead generation.

  .Monitor and report on SEO performance and make recommendations for improvement.

4. Content Management:

  .Manage the content calendar to ensure timely publication.

  .Oversee content management systems (CMS) and ensure content is regularly updated.

  .Collaborate with designers, developers, and external agencies to create and update web pages.

5. Performance Analysis:

  .Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

  .Generate reports and provide insights to the marketing team.

  .Adjust content strategies based on performance data to meet KPIs.

6. Brand Consistency:

  .Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice across all channels.

  .Stay updated with industry trends and competitors content strategies.

7. CrossFunctional Collaboration:

  .Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content supports broader business goals.

  .Coordinate with social media and email marketing teams to amplify content reach.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in web content creation, SEO, and digital marketing.

Skills:

.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

.Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, etc.

.Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

.Familiarity with social media platforms and content promotion strategies.

.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional:

.Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

.Knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
