The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Salesforce applications and creating automated test scripts. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce platform through rigorous testing and automation. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications. Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications. Identify, document, and track defects and issues in collaboration with development and product teams. Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and updates do not negatively impact existing functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure that test coverage is comprehensive. Continuously improve testing processes and automation frameworks. Provide clear and concise test reports and status updates to stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer with a focus on Salesforce applications. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its various components, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning. Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Provar, or similar. Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer). Experience with performance testing and load testing tools. Knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman or SoapUI. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
