Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Executive team to develop process and procedures for daily workflow. Conduct operational analyses to help the organization make informed business decisions on configuration and process to support our NetSuite installation. Operations modeling to optimize margins and improve project strategies. Enhance utilization of NetSuite ERP to help organizational growth Create, customize, and manage NetSuite fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom objects, custom records, scripts, reports, saved searches, dashboards, etc. Provide training to end users as necessary. Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to collect requirements, document feature solutions, and test, and implement new features. Ability to break down problems into immediate, short term and long-term deliverables with precise reasoning and communication. Experience and Qualifications: 3-5 years of NetSuite experience with project and services experience including process development and process documentation. Utility / team player, contributing across the organization in various projects and tasks Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word Superior written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic and ability to manage projects with minimal oversight Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Thanks & Regards ..
