Mandatory Skills: 1. Must have 2 or more years of experience as a senior business system analyst working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business. 2. Must have experience working in the Public, Safety, and Justice domain working as a senior business analyst. 3. Must have strong leadership ability to influence and guide business stakeholders. 4. Strong knowledge of the business analysis framework, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 5. Framework tasks: planning and monitoring, plan business analysis approach, stakeholder engagement, business analysis governance, information management, analyze identify business analysis performance improvements. 6. Expertise in elicitation and collaboration 7. Expertise in requirements lifecycle management 8. Expertise in strategy analysis 9. Expertise in requirements analysis and design definition 10. Expertise in solution evaluation 11. Excellent use of BA tools and techniques 12. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability 13. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 14. Excellent diagramming skills 15. Excellent relationship building abilities 16. Experience working with MSSQL; querying, reports 17. Experience creating SLQ reports 18. Experience working with PowerBI 19. Experience working with DevOps 20. Experience implementing interfaces and creating interface design documents. 21. Experience creating report specifications Desirable Skills: 1. Four (4) year college degree in Information Technology or seven (7) years of relevant work experience in the area of business analysis. 2 of those years must include work experience in the role of a senior business system analyst. 2. Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CBDA, CPRE, BPA, AAC.
