| Senior Project Manager Location : (On-Site, Atlanta, GA) Duration: Long Term Local Only Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently from initiation to closure. Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders, including executive leadership. Conduct regular status meetings and reporting to keep stakeholders informed of project progress. Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and mentorship to project team members. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
