Mandatory Skills and Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project and program management, preferably in the retail or IT industry. Project Management Skills: Strong expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
