This individual will play a critical role in standardizing UI frameworks, developing automation scripts, and ensuring optimal performance across our web applications. Responsibilities: UI Framework Development: Design and build standardized UI frameworks (using ReactJS) for reusability across the organization. Automation: Utilize Python expertise to create and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes. Web Development: Leverage strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, and authentication mechanisms to develop robust web applications. Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms to build optimized solutions. Performance Optimization: Conduct performance tuning, code profiling, and code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code. Collaboration: Liaise with team members, management, and clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure projects are delivered to standard. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing operations, identify improvement opportunities, and lead training sessions and meetings to implement changes. Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting, including occasional coverage outside normal working hours and on weekends.
