Please find the below JD and share your interest, Rate: $44/hr maxx Job Title: Cisco Network support engineer Location: Chandler, AZ - 85226 / Hillsboro, OR 97124 Duration: Long term Onsite (Day-1) Job Details: Providing support for MFG Network L2 Support activities as per directions received from the MFG Network L2 Support in Oregon and Arizona. Provide L2 network support for existing and new network components (include but not limited to troubleshooting, incident management, and service requests) Complete Switch installation, maintenance, and configuration activities Responsible for implementing standard changes Assist project teams on major projects by owning some of the tasks. This can include creating change documentation and implementation Report out to Customer/program as Network representative, when needed Skill Set Required : Certified Cisco Eng (CCNA proven certification) Has 3+ yrs. experience with Computing Network support, troubleshooting and configuration o Preferably with Cisco devices Team player o Has ability to integrate well with peer technical domains in Intel IT (InfoSec, HPC etc) o Ability to establish trust and good working relations with MIT Ability to understand customer requirements and put them on the ground. o Very sensitive and flexible to customer needs, expectations and timelines Ability to deliver solutions at times of pressure. Good English is required.
