Role: Business Analyst (Salesforce Platform) Client: State of Michigan Location: Lansing, MI(Hybrid)(2nd rounds to be held onsite in Lansing) Top Skills & Years of Experience: 5-8 years of Business Analyst Experience Experience working with the Salesforce Platform and its applications. Experience designing technical and business requirement documents. Experience as a liaison between business and technical groups. Extensive experience using Azure DevOps, FIGMA and VISIO, MS office products. Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video with any 2nd rounds to be held onsite in Lansing. Candidates must be willing to conduct face-to-face interview. For virtual, please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate. Duration: 1 year with possible extension. Remote or On-site: Candidates MUST be currently local at time of submission within a commutable distance (1-1.5 hours) Position is hybrid onsite 2 days a week from day 1.
