In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected. Responsibilities: Strong working experience in Core HCM, Recruiting,Talent,Absence Management, Succession Planning Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud. Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement Suggest and improve business processes Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes. Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration Impart training to users on Workday Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills : BE/MBA/M.Tech Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: Extensive experience with Workday modules is critical. Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows. Proficiency with business processes including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required. Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.
