Role: Project Manager Location: Atlanta, GA (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables for transition projects. Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure employee buy-in and adaptation to new processes and systems. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with transition projects to minimize potential disruptions. Engage with and manage expectations of all stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and executive leadership. Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the transition process. Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to achieve project goals. Analyze and improve existing processes to optimize them for the new state. Provide necessary training and support to employees to help them acquire the skills needed for the new state. Monitor and measure the performance of transition projects to ensure they meet desired objectives and outcomes. Provide direction, motivation, and support to the project team to achieve transition goals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years focusing on transition or change management projects. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Proven ability to manage change and implement change management strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
