Job Description Job Title: Business Analyst / Business System Analyst Location: St Louis, MO Duration: Long term contract Min Exp: 5-7 yrs (Only Below 8 Yrs) Mandatory Exp: Business Analyst / Business System Analyst Passport Number is Mandatory Only Locals to MO L2 F2F Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to understand application functionality and user needs to provide knowledgeable technical support throughout the development and deployment phases. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into understandable language for users. Serve as the primary technical support resource for project teams during application deployments, assisting end-users with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and providing guidance on application usage. Track and manage issues reported by end-users during releases, documenting details and working closely with developers to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner. Conduct regular maintenance tasks for applications, including user setups and application administration. Provide training and support to end-users on application usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques to promote user adoption and satisfaction. Upon successful deployment of an application, undertake the crucial responsibility of facilitating knowledge transfer to the help desk team for ongoing support. Requirements: Proven experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a similar technical support role, preferably in software development. Strong technical background with expertise in application development, deployment, and support. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a customer-centric approach. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
