| Position Title: SAP Order to cash ( OTC) Retail/Return Location: Remote We are looking for strong retail / returns process implementation experience in S/4HANA environment Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Batch Management and Serial Number Management Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Batch Management and Serial Number Management in live SAP ECC environments. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Logistics, with a focus on batch and serial number processes, and the ability to manage and execute projects in a high-paced, live system setting. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of SAP Batch Management and Serial Number Management in a live ECC, EHP8 environment for the Logistics workstream. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions. Configure and customize SAP Batch Management and Serial Number Management functionalities to meet business needs. Develop and execute test plans to ensure successful implementation of batch and serial number processes. Provide expertise in the integration of Batch Management with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM and support EWM. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure smooth knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to batch and serial number management processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in batch and serial number management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the SAP system. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. Qualifications: Minimum of 10-12 years of overall SAP experience. Proven track record of implementing Batch Management and Serial Number Management in live SAP ECC environments. Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, EHP8 with expertise in logistics modules (MM, SD, WM). Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Batch Management and Serial Number Management functionalities. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus. Experience in training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of industry best practices in batch and serial number management. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in batch management. Experience with Stock Write-Off/Write-On execution in a live environment. Experience with Decentralized EWM integration is a plus.
