| Workday Functional Consultant Location Princeton, NJ Job Description: Responsibilities Strong working experience in Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Absence Management, Succession Planning Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud. Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement Suggest and improve business processes Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes. Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration Impart training to users on Workday Minimum Qualifications / Skills. BE/MBA/M. Tech Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Extensive experience with Workday modules is critical. Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows. Proficiency with business processes including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required. Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project. Good communication and customer facing skills.
