Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet business requirements. Work with offshore, onsite, and remote teams. Manage support tickets using ServiceNow. Provide customer-facing support and solutions. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in Oracle EBS MFG modules: WIP, BOM, Costing, Engineering, Inventory, Quality, WMS, MRP/MPS. Basic knowledge of SCM module. Experience with support processes. Knowledge of ServiceNow. On-site customer-facing experience. Advantage: Knowledge of ASCP. Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle EBS MFG modules. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks.
