| SAP HCM BIB - ABAP Consultant Auburn Hills MI Hybrid USC,GC ONLY JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BIB & SAP HR ABAP SF & HCM Integration (BIB Replication) expertise to handle NAR integration projects. Responsible for understanding the requirements from business for BIB. Responsible for creating the mapping sheets and creating logics as required along with the functional team. Good Knowledge and experience in BADI Mapping. Responsible for giving status reports to business and keeping track of ongoing work related to BIB. Taking ownership of the Entity end to end technical delivery related to BIB. Working with the technical team of ABAPer & HCM functional team for end to end delivery. Expertise in HR ABAP & CPI is must. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE Experience with BIB replication Experience with ECC 6.0 Experience with ECC to SF integration Deep expertise in HR ABAP programming & Integrations Good understanding of 3rd party interfaces Strong reporting skills.
