NEED DESIGNER NOT DEVELOPER WITH PORTFOLIO Experience in Insurance, FinTech or Financial Services Must Have CITIZEN,GREEN CARD ONLY Need Genuine local Candidates with LinkedIn, visa, DL and SSN, and DOB UX Designer 2-3 days onsite a week Moody's/Beeline Note : Please make sure you are sending true UI/UX, not actual designers and developers per the managers request The ideal candidate would have: Experience in Insurance, FinTech or Financial Services, as a User Experience Designer, leading large, enterprise-wide work efforts across a multi-disciplinary team Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. The XD has a strong understanding of Analytics domain, and works in a multidisciplinary environment, and in a collaborative fashion, on experience design activities throughout the software development lifecycle, often with numerous design initiatives occurring concurrently. Delivers the experience design of interactive user experiences and interfaces across multiple products and platforms Experienced in data visualization and presentation for data-driven products supporting financial models, data insights, etc. Simplifies and unifies complex information into intuitive interactions, flows, charts, graphs, and other forms of visual representation Experienced in customer-centered design, generating workflows & user journeys, and creating wireframes and high-fidelity designs Works directly with developers to turn wireframes and other visualizations into production ready prototypes based on our established components and patterns in our design language Performs reviews of developed pages to ensure adherence to standards Facilitates feedback reviews of prototypes to validate design concepts with end users Occasionally run and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and customers Qualifications: Bachelor of Fine Arts degree or similar required Skilled practitioner with expertise in the design, production and presentation of interface designs that support the needs of the customer Excellent oral, written and presentation skills Proven ability to effectively communicate abstract concepts to audiences that are not skilled in a UX discipline Demonstrated experience with human-centered design patterns and methodologies Demonstrated experience in understanding analytics and presenting complex data, designing dashboards, data visualization and interactive solutions to assess, analyze, manipulate and present data in user-friendly formats Extensive knowledge with Agile software methodologies Comfort with utilizing one or more recognized Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, kanban, etc.) or toolsets (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) Comfort with ambiguity, complexity, and passion for challenges Detail-oriented self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Axure and Adobe CS Portfolio to show examples of UX design work using Axure RP or Figma Ability to travel occasionally for workshops and meetings Regards, Aniket Kumar Mishra||Sr. Technical Recruiter VYZE INC : 25179 Methley Plum Place, Aldie, VA 20105 : [email protected] || LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/aniket-kumar-mishra-304029200 Hangout : [email protected] Disclaimer : This communication, along with any documents, files or attachments, is intended only for the use of the addressee and may contain confidential information.
