Role: SAP BPC Hana Consultant Location: Dallas, TX (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Key Skills: SAP BPC, SAP WM Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support SAP BPC solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation. Design, implement, and support SAP WM solutions to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Conduct business requirement analysis and map them to SAP BPC and WM functionalities. Develop and configure SAP BPC and WM systems to meet business requirements. Perform data integration and ensure data accuracy and consistency across SAP systems. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP BPC and WM functionalities. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure smooth system operation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of SAP solutions. Monitor and measure the performance of SAP BPC and WM solutions to ensure they meet business objectives. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, features, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BPC and WM consulting or implementation roles. Strong understanding of SAP BPC functionalities, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes. Strong understanding of SAP WM functionalities, including inventory management, warehouse processes, and logistics execution. Experience with data integration and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. SAP certification in BPC and WM modules is a plus. Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
