[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Guiding Care Configuration Analyst for Letters Location: Remote Job Summary: The Guiding Care Configuration Analyst for Letters is responsible for the setup, customization, and maintenance of letter templates within the GuidingCare platform. This role ensures that all member and provider communications are accurate, compliant with regulations, and tailored to organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Letter Template Development: Design and configure letter templates in the GuidingCare system based on organizational needs and regulatory requirements. Ensure templates are user-friendly and reflect the organization's branding and communication standards. 2. Customization and Maintenance: Customize letters for different types of notifications, including authorizations, appeals, grievances, and other member communications. Regularly update templates to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and regulations. 3. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of letter templates to ensure accuracy and functionality within the GuidingCare system. Collaborate with the QA team to address any issues or bugs identified during the testing process. 4. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all letters comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and CMS guidelines. Stay informed about regulatory changes and adjust templates accordingly. 5. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with business analysts, compliance officers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes. Provide training and support to end-users on how to use and customize letter templates. 6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, changes, and processes. Generate reports on the usage and effectiveness of letter templates, identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in configuring and managing healthcare software systems, preferably with GuidingCare. Proven experience in template design and document management. Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Proficient in SQL and other database management tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HTML/CSS for customizing letter templates. Knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows. Certification in Guiding Care or related healthcare IT systems.
