Implement large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects Supervise the work of cross-functional groups of engineers, including offshore associates Directs root cause analysis of critical business and production issues Documents testing and maintenance of application corrections and improvements Influence decisions, builds consensus, and resolves conflicts constructively and proactively Supports business objectives and ensures the business needs are being met Involving in all SDLC activities from requirements gathering to support Minimum Qualifications 5+ years Strong experience in JAVA, Spring boot, micro services, 2+ years Strong experience in Cloud platform especially Azure 3+ years of developing / architecting/integrating a high transaction throughput system is a must 3+ years of experience in agile ways of working in a distributed geographical model 2+ years in working in an agile environment with geographically distributed team Experience in working with a multi-vendor ; multi-geo team Note: This is an independent contributor role from day 1 and min. A bachelor's degree is required . Resources should be available to work from the office 5 days a week.
