Role: Project Manager with Payments Location: Delaware, NJ (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple payment projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. Conduct risk management and mitigation planning. Lead project meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to payments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product management, operations, and sales to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and cost control. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and other team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. A Masters degree or PMP certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management with a focus on payments or financial services. Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of payment systems, technologies, and industry regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
