Hi, Please find the below requirements and send me your updated profile to [email protected] Position: Content Management Consultant Location: Remote Duration: Long-term Project POSITION OVERVIEW: This opportunity is for an open FTC position in the Digital, Data & Enablement (DDE) Team within the Client and Product Solutions (CPS) organization at Apollo. This role presents an opening to be a part of an entrepreneurial and nimble team within an established firm that is on a multi-year journey to unlock the full potential of digital experiences to improve operational efficiency and strengthen client relationships to grow the business. The Content Management Analyst role will work closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Product and Sales, DDE Product Owners, Technology, and vendors partners to support content management initiatives ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our websites and Sales enablement tool, Seismic. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Content Request Management Create and manage content intake request process Liaise with stakeholders to fulfill requests within established SLAs Provide reporting on status, SLAs and throughput Content Entry and Validation: Manage content loading, page creation, tagging, publishing and quality assurance processes using Adobe Experience Manager and Seismic Provide content management and migration support for new feature development Monitor content health and work with stakeholder and distributed content admins to ensure content libraries and experiences aligns with policies and procedures and organizational needs Content Metrics & Analytics Conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in content Develop content management-related analytics and reports to answer key business questions and to optimize employee and client experiences Analyze reports to derive insights to inform data-driven decision-making Content Documentation: Create mock-ups of pages (PowerPoint, FIGMA, Photoshop) to align stakeholder expectations Create and maintain policies and procedures documentation and job aids for management of pages, templates, folders, documents, copy, taxonomy, and data. Content Training & Communications Train stakeholders and partner teams as necessary on content management procedures and best practices Develop slides and email communications that illustrate processes, key updates, and highlight accomplishments Content Governance Support: Assist in implementing content governance policies and procedures to maintain content integrity and compliance. Monitor quality standards and provide reporting o Contribute to the development and enforcement of content governance best practices. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a content management, data, entry, digital experience, or quality assurance; Working knowledge of asset management, investment banking preferred Content Management Skills: Familiarity with content management principles, data governance, and data quality management. Strong attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and anomalies. Ability to maintain content and data accuracy and integrity. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in content and data entry and QA validation techniques. Exposure to and experience with Content Management / Digital Experience Management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Site Core, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Seismic) and Website Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, etc.); Technical expertise in HTML a plus Project Management: Strong project management skills; resourceful, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders to implement and measure recommended actions Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders. Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges. Ability to propose solutions to improve data management processes.
