Job Description:- Job Role:- Genesys Architect (Cloud CX, Voice Engage) Location :- Austin, TX (Hybrid) Contract We are looking for a Genesys Engage Voice Engineer who has good expertise on Engage Voice Platform - Working on complex SIP Infrastructure and is proficient in troubleshooting /understanding sip messaging. - Solid experience with Genesys SIP stack or other Contact Center Voice solutions Extensive experience with Genesys Voice Application Troubleshooting & Log Analysis Extensive experience with SIP, VoIP & TDM co-environment. - Experience in large enterprise & globally distributed Genesys deployments. - Experience in large enterprise & global SIP engineering, development, deployments and support. - Expert knowledge of SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, NAT, WebRTC and packet analysis. - Extensive experience with network and voice analysis tools, like NetScout or similar tools Expert with network and common data center infrastructure. - Knowledge of the Cloud CX platform will be excellent to have and will be preferable. - Any knowledge of Free Switch, scripting, will be an additional advantage.
