| From: Sridar, ITechUS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] ONLY LOCALS / NO RELOCATION PLEASE Title:: QA Test Lead (Core Banking) Location:: Mount Laurel, NJ :: Onsite Role :: Duration:: Contract Role Requirements/Responsibilities- Attend Discovery workshops/JAD sessions and assess impacts. 10+ years over-all experience in IT/QA leading and supporting projects. 5+ years as cross-platform test lead in supporting large cross functional projects. Experience in Core Banking (Required). TOSCA (Optional) Identify testing scope and estimate the testing effort. Mobilize cross functional testing teams and develop allocation plans. End to end test coordination for Tech and LOB. Create Testing artifacts. Lead the testing effort and / or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Develop key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Act as the primary interface between the team and other groups including the vendor, developers, LOB, senior management, and support organizations for all activities and issues pertaining to the project. Lead the testing effort and / or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Lead and develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and business teams to ensure alignment with project delivery documentation. Coach and advice testers as required. Superior customer communication and expectations management. Strong JIRA & Confluence experience. Fluency in Agile project management. Exceptional understanding of software development and testing principles. Experience with data mapping/migration testing required. Experience in projects that have complex data requirements. Experience implementing test automation strongly preferred. Experience working with technology and business partners. Data conversion planning, testing and execution is a highly desired.
