Job Title: Coupa Tech Lead Location: PLEASANTON, CA (Onsite) Duration: Contract to Hire Client: TCS Key Responsibilities: Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the COUPA Procurement platform.+ Conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the business partners in order to build relationships and understand their unique needs.+ Lead the solution/enhancement configuration and implementation, to ensure that solutions are accurately scoped and delivered in line with business partner expectations.+ Develop and execute architectural strategy for design and implementation, create and document solution designs, and work with other solution delivery leads to identify options, impacts and recommendations.+ Design workflows specific to business process outcomes, and understand how to develop and integrate a proposed solution with the existing business and technical environment.+ Interacts with System Integrators (SI), 3rd party vendors, SaaS partners to identify, evaluate and enable new technology products for the platform.+ Provide project management, business analysis and technical analysis for ERP and non-ERP applications within Global Procurement domain.+ Good knowledge and understanding of overall solution architecture and cloud integration methods.+ Develop deep skills and experience in design, implementation and deployment of COUPA procurement solution with focus on upstream processes and downstream processes.+ Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of implementation.+ Comfortable working in an international environment where you have to collaborate with a team remotely.+ Work with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation and operability of solutions.+ Prepare, review and sign-off on configuration, functional and technical designs.+ Lead testing effort in development and quality environments. Guide users in UAT.+ Actively communicate and collaborate with the functional leads across the ERP Program to support the business needs of the company.
