Data migrations and ETL processes experience. seeking an experienced and dynamic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration Lead to spearhead our clients efforts in integrating and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within their organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365, proven experience in leading integration projects, and a strong understanding of business processes. Qualifications: Proven experience (3+ years) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration as a LEAD Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (FCM, SCM, and HCM). Proficiency in integration technologies Experience with data migration and ETL processes. Solid understanding of API management and web services. Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with Agile methodologies. Preferred retail/manufacturing industry experience. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience with ERP and CRM integration. Responsibilities: Develop and implement integration strategies for Dynamics 365. Design and document integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and business processes. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the integration team. Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of integration solutions. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in integration processes. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to achieve project goals. Ensure ongoing support and maintenance of integrated systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. Implement monitoring and performance tuning solutions for integrated systems. Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes and configurations. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on integrated systems. Develop user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
