Title: Oracle ERP Functional SME Client : DC GOVT Location : Remote Need Consultants from EST Zone only. Required 15 Years in Oracle ERP Functional SME will be responsible for providing in-depth expertise in Oracle ERP AP. AR. GL, FA, P2P, Projects modules functionalities, including implementation, configuration, customization, and support. As an Oracle ERP Functional SME, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle ERP system. Key Responsibilities and Required Skills: 1. Oracle ERP Implementation and Configuration: Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, etc. 2. Business Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business users to gather and analyse requirements, and recommend best practices for implementing Oracle ERP solutions. 3. Customization and Development: Customize Oracle ERP applications to meet specific business needs using tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, etc. 4. System Testing and Support: Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) phases. 5. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions. Create and maintain documentation related to Oracle ERP configurations, customizations, and processes. 6. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve functional issues and system errors encountered by users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance. 7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, developers, and end-users to ensure successful Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades. 8. Stay Updated with Oracle ERP Trends: Stay current with Oracle ERP technologies, new features, and industry trends.
