We are currently looking for Database Developer. Role: Database Developer (SQL Server, Azure, Power BI) Location: HYBRID ON-SITE IN INDIANAPOLIS Requirements and Qualifications: 3+ years' experience building stored procs, tables, views, functions, etc. in MS SQL Server 2+ years' experience developing C# applications 1+ years experience working with Azure DevOps, Power Apps, Power BI Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Excellent communications skills, both, written and oral Ability to manage and complete multiple concurrent projects in a timely manner Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a passion for working with data. Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Perform data cleaning and transformation as necessary to prepare it for analysis. Help maintain data quality standards by identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inconsistencies. Collaborate with other team members to establish data quality protocols. Create visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders. Use tools such as Power BI, or Excel for visualization. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining data accuracy and integrity. Critical thinker who can conduct complex data analysis and report on results to stakeholders in a business-friendly language. Ability to perform root cause analysis on external and internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and answer questions. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a diverse team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and technologies in the field of data analysis.
