Duration: 6 Months Job Description: Must Haves: * 4- yr degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field * 10+ yrs of SAS programming experience in the pharma/biotech industry * 3+ yrs of creating source and validation programs * 3+ yrs of SAS/GTL Role: Senior Workday HCM & Compensation Consultant Location: Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 Duration: 6-7 Months Job Description: Workday Core HCM Additional Info regarding SO/R: About the Role We are seeking a Senior Workday HCM & Compensation Consultant to lead, support and provide guidance to our clients around the Core HCM, Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules. They are expected to have a strong background in implementing and supporting global Workday HCM, Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules in line with Workday methodology. Responsibilities include: Support Workday deployments and AMS/production customers across HCM, Compensation and Advanced Compensation Workstreams. Will need to be able to provide recommendations and best practices for global compensation and advanced compensation functionality (merit, bonus, and stocks). Lead design, configuration, migration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM/Compensation and Advanced Compensation related work items while remaining flexible to clients' changing needs. Act as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members. Supporting pre-sales activities around scoping and SME around defined modules What you need : At least 5-7 years of hands-on Workday experience with 3+ years of recent experience around implementing and supporting HCM, Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation functional areas. HCM, Comp and Advanced Compensation active certification (within last 2 years) is preferred to allow candidate to be added to Workday customer scorecard for project work. Ability to lead medium to large projects (acquisition, phase X, etc.) for the full project lifecycle in areas(s) of expertise- from initial scoping/planning, discovery, design, testing, and go live/AMS support. Persuasive communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively work across internal teams while managing client and stakeholder expectations. Experience working with and leading offshore teams during projects and for ongoing support of above-mentioned modules. This will require being able to take early morning and late evening calls to meet global stakeholders.
