Job Description : Role : Db2 LUW DBA (5+) Location : Remote Duration : Contract Rate :$35/hour In depth knowledge and understanding of tools, processes, the environment for Db2 LUW Experience with Db2 on Linux and/or Windows Installation and upgrade of Db2 software Db2 Advanced Enterprise Edition Db2 Client Code Db2 Community Edition Installation and support of tools/features related to Db2 IBM Installation Manager Data Studio Data Management Console Db2 Federation SSL/TLS Encryption (keystore, certs, secure connections) Experience with various technologies/tools Korn shell scripting Puppet coding ODBC and JDBC drivers VBScript and JavaScript Coding Powershell Perl HTML development Java Docker/Containers Handles and resolves Db2 environment problems and issues Develops understanding of Agile techniques, activities, and DevOps methods Uses a working knowledge of DB2 LUW to complete assignments Diagnoses and resolves incidents and problems within area of expertise Assists with developing or modifying Db2 policies, guidelines, standards, procedures, and documentation as required Provides solutions to business partners by acting as a point of contact on Db2 issues Provides technical guidance, training and may delegate work to others Drives, embraces, and enables an environment of change fostering innovation, championing collaboration, and ideas Enables solution modernization activities through design and development-related work items and architectural engagement Conducts research and integrates industry best practices into processes and potential solutions Thanks, Vansh Wadhwa Cell: +1-732-844-8963 Ext:-214 Email: [email protected] / [email protected] www.i3infotek.com -- Keywords: information technology Remote Opportunity || Db2 LUW DBA || Contract [email protected] |
