From: Shane, Abdisolutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description Job Title: Technical Program Coordinator-Embedded Systems Location: St. Joseph, MI Contract, long-term ongoing Responsible for interfacing and coordinating with customer stakeholders on technical and process related topics, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives Coordinate and plan the allocation of resources for projects and ensure deployment as per targets. Document and report project progress, technical issues and resolutions to stakeholders Serve as a liaison between customer and offshore teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Manage deployment and implementation of technical solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders, identify potential challenges and recommend solutions. Proactively identify potential business opportunities and work with business and program management teams to convert them into executable projects. Manage relationships with customer stakeholders and drive Customer Satisfaction through Delivery Excellence Quality, Cost, Timelines and Functional scope Engage and influence Technical Leads and Project Managers at offshore to perform their best and align with customer expectations. Successful negotiations with internal and customer stakeholders that benefits the program needs. Responsible for effective escalation management and continuous improvement Support in project acquisitions, preparation of proposals, SOWs and PoCs Qualifications B.Tech/M.Tech - EE/ECE/CS with minimum 8 years of experience Proven experience in on-site co-ordination in a similar role Ability to drive customer centricity with passion for customer engineering Experience in working with North American customers Strong Experience in the Verification and Validation in embedded software / systems domain Experience in managing projects in HMI/HIL test automation areas in Automotive or Consumer electronics domains Strong Technical experience in Test automation technologies would be an added advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration. Project Management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; Certifications in relevant technologies or project management would be a plus Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in working and engaging with diverse international teams Working Experience with clients to build a comprehensive and effective test solution and strategies would be a plus Ability to travel to various on-site locations in North America as required.
