Role Description:

Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the COUPA Procurement platform.+ Conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the business partners in order to build relationships and understand their unique needs.+ Lead the solution/enhancement configuration and implementation, to ensure that solutions are accurately scoped and delivered in line with business partner expectations.+ Develop and execute architectural strategy for design and implementation, create and document solution designs, and work with other solution delivery leads to identify options, impacts and recommendations.+ Design workflows specific to business process outcomes, and understand how to develop and integrate a proposed solution with the existing business and technical environment.+ Interacts with System Integrators (SI), 3rd party vendors, SaaS partners to identify, evaluate and enable new technology products for the platform.+ Provide project management, business analysis and technical analysis for ERP and non-ERP applications within Global Procurement domain.+ Good knowledge and understanding of overall solution architecture and cloud integration methods.+ Develop deep skills and experience in design, implementation and deployment of COUPA procurement solution with focus on upstream processes and downstream processes.+ Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of implementation.+ Comfortable working in an international environment where you have to collaborate with a team remotely.+ Work with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation and operability of solutions.+ Prepare, review and sign-off on configuration, functional and technical designs.+ Lead testing effort in development and quality environments. Guide users in UAT.+ Actively communicate and collaborate with the functional leads across the ERP Program to support the business needs of the company. Minimum 3 years experience with COUPA configuration and technical implementation experience with one or more Finance and Procurement functional areas (e.g. Source to Procure, Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Contracts, ).Minimum 5 years in application design, development and configuration of technology solutions to support P2P business processes.+ At least 7 years experience in managing Procurement systems
