Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Responsibilities: Collaborate with Solution architect team, business team, product owner and project team to design solutions and framework Design and develop microservices architecture for overall application Understands target state architecture and various components that cater to business capabilities. Responsible for leading a team on 5 to 10 associates at onsite / offshore Responsible for Sprint and product deliverables. Develop and deploy target state components as per business requirements. Understand and document data flows in and between different systems / applications. Adheres to procedures and guidelines set forth. Assists team with any tech stack challenges and mitigate impediments. Compiling status reports and participate in all Scrum ceremonies. Prepare documentation, code Reviews & incorporate feedback on time. Educate staff members through training and individual support. Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.
