We are seeking a highly skilled and Certified BI Developer with at least 15 years of experience in BI development to join our team at Nextracker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau, developing and managing reports, dashboards, and other BI solutions, and ensuring high-quality data through optimized ETL processes. This role requires a collaborative individual who can work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training, and integrate BI solutions with other systems. Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Visualization: Develop and manage comprehensive reports, dashboards, and BI solutions. Create engaging and informative visualizations to support business decision-making. Maintain documentation for BI solutions and ensure their accuracy and relevance. ETL Development: Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes to ensure high data quality and integrity. Implement and monitor data integration workflows and data pipelines. Database Management: Maintain and enhance BI solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability. Collaborate with data governance teams to establish and adhere to data management best practices. Collaboration: Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of BI solutions. Integrate BI solutions with other enterprise systems to streamline data flows and reporting capabilities. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in BI development, with a proven track record in developing and managing BI solutions, reports, and dashboards. Industry-specific experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or solar sectors is highly beneficial. Technical Skills: Proficiency in leading BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL processes and database management. Knowledge of Python or R is a plus, but not required. Certifications: Relevant certifications in BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist). Education: Candidates must include their education details with the year of passing in their resume. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data governance and data quality management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
