The SME will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge, strategic guidance, and hands-on support for ALM processes and tools, ensuring effective management and optimization of product development cycles. This role demands a deep understanding of ALM systems, requirements management, and a proven track record of working with Polarion and Jama. Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of product development and lifecycle management processes. Proficiency in requirements management, configuration management, and change control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Relevant certifications in ALM systems and tools (preferred). Preferred Skills: Experience with other ALM tools and systems. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
